Big lights, flashy Casino's, are one of the first things people think of when they think of a Las Vegas vacation. The second think they think of is the Las Vegas shows. Vegas is world renowned for their shows!

The nightly shows bring in a fortune for the Casino's and for the city of Las Vegas. Las Vegas has done an excellent job of luring the worlds top performers to come and perform here. There are major headliners and limited appearances that make the shows the wonderful draws for tourists and locals alike.

Don't be disallusioned, the Casino's put on these shows to lure more warm bodies onto the gambling floors. The more butts in the seats, the more money that is flowing into their bank accounts and the more tax dollars that are coming into city hall.

The casino's don't mind spending money in order to get people in the door. They truly understand that it takes money to make money. This is where tourist and locals alike benefit from these shows.

Top Performers Bask In The Lights of Las Vegas

The performers also like the bright lights and the star treatment that Las Vegas affords them. They don't have to spend a lot of their time traveling from show to show. The Casino's do an excellent job in making big name performers feel right at home. It's no wonder celebrities such as Wayne Newton has chosen Las Vegas as their home. Many other headliners keep residences in Las Vegas also.

If you have the opportunity to check out one of the many shows in Vegas I believe you will find that these shows are amazingly well put together and quite entertaining.

These shows aren't a quickly thrown together show on a football field or stadium, these are full out productions that make New York and Hollywood green with envy! These shows are professionally done. They're here for one reason and one reason only, to make money. They're good at what they do!

The shows bring in clients from all walks of life and financial backgrounds you will find the rich and famous sitting next to the middle class in the audience and all will be either laughing, crying, or cringing together. The shows are designed to elicit different responses from the audiences and to appeal to a wide cross section of the population.

Book Early For The Best Las Vegas Shows

To make sure you don't miss your favoriate Las Vegas performer, it's important that you book your shows at the same time you book your other reservations.  Many of these shows sell out months in advance and for months at a time. The bigger the show the bigger the price tag on the tickets will be.

Many of these shows have their own side acts before the shows. Many casino's will have free events or other shows you can watch while waitig on the headliner.

While shows are one of the biggest draws for people to visit Las Vegas keep in mind that there are plenty more things to do in Las Vegas than simply watching a show or two. Las Vegas is truly an entertainment city and there is a whole nother town once you get away from the bright lights and ringing of the slot machines.

Believe it or not, some people visit Las Vegas and never step a foot inside a casino!
