Although there have always been condo's in Las Vegas, in recent years there has been both a surge of Las Vegas condo construction as well as Las Vegas condo buyers. The current state of Las Vegas real estate market hasn't slowed that down too much. Here is a quick run down of just a few of the high rise condos available in Las Vegas.

The Cosmopolitan

The Cosmopolitan is as close as it gets to being at the center of the Las Vegas entertainment scene. The Cosmpolitan are towers situated at the intersection of Harmon Avenue and the Las Vegas Strip. It puts you front and center of the action in Las Vegas.

The ground was broke on the Cosmopolitan in October of 2005 and its projected completion time is in early 2009. Potential Las Vegas Condo buyers can get in now on pre-construction buying. However, the Cosmopoliton West Tower has reportedly already sold out. No word yet whether any units in the other towers are left.

Signature At MGM Grand

The Signature at MGM Grand are three hotel condo towers that are built next to the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. Potential condo buyerscan choose from Studio's, one or two bedroom units. Prices reportedly start around 400k and go up from there. The units have amenities such as Sub Zero refrigerators, Jacuzzi tubs, flat screen HDTV and access to the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino.

The Platinum

The Platinum is walking distance from some of the best Las Vegas has to offer. Bellagio, Caesars Palace and Paris on the Las Vegas stripare all within a short walk. One unique option that the Platinum offers is their rental program. When condo owners are not in their condo's, they have the option of earning revenue with them through the rental department. This will be a handy benefit for the business traveler who needs a place to stay in Las Vegas.

Palms Palace

The Palms Palace will be next to the Palms Palace Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. In fact, plans are to connect the Palms Palace to the Palms Palace Hotel and Casino via a moving walkway. This will give residence around the clock access to all the fun things at the Palms Palace Hotel and Casino.

Allure Las Vegas

The Allure Las Vegas consist of twin 41 story high condo units overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. Allure Las Vegas offers breath taking views, fine amenities with reasonable price points. When completed, the Allure will set the standard for high-end condominium living in Las Vegas. Prices are reportedly to start around the low 400's.

There seems to be little in the way of the Las Vegas Condo construction boom going on now. Time will tell whether or not the current market can slow it down. One thing is for sure, if you want to get in on the Las Vegas condo market, your time may have arrived!
